SHIPPING

Items ship within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner, excluding weekends and holidays.

Customer is responsible for asking to add insurance to shipping. Insurance is not automatically added and is at the cost of the buyer.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/DAMAGED ITEMS

I do not accept returns, nor provide refunds for all or part of any lost, stolen or damaged item.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment can be made over time for any item (or items) over $400.00. Please see the list of agreements and reach out to start your layaway process.

1/3 down payment of total; first 1/3 of payment non-refundable

3 payments made over 2 week intervals; alternatively half down/half in 2 weeks (1/3 of total non-refundable)

Shipping, fees and taxes will be calculated at checkout for last payment received

Once down payment is made, it is a contractual agreement to follow through with payment. If payment cannot be made then agreement can be canceled without notice and buyer will be refunded, minus 1/3 of total

Sale prices or shipping discounts applied to shop after payment plan starts will not apply to item
